FrenchTutorAndExams.com services. We provide an online French tuition service. Our highly experienced French coach is available on Skype but also on WhatsApp or GoogleHangouts. You will need a computer and a microphone / a webcam. Classes can also be held on the phone. In this case you will need to have a home phone line. All contact information will be given by the tutor prior to your scheduled lesson.


Signing up and payments. In order to sign up, you have to choose the right French course here and make a payment through Paypal, bank card or a bank transfer. French Classes should be booked in blocks because this allows the tutor to design an educational program for you and to ensure your progress. It is not possible to buy lessons one-by-one except the first introductory class.

Note

In order to cancel a lesson, the student should inform the teacher 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the missed lesson will be counted.

Lessons should be paid at least 48 hours before the class time.

Please note that payments are not refundable when the student is unable to continue classes.

Conducting classes and your progress. A Skype class starts at the booked time. If there is some technical issue, the teacher will wait a necessary time, if she is able to do this. Otherwise, if the student is not available 15 min. after the booked start time, the class is automatically cancelled. However, with the consent of the teacher, some French classes could be picked up. Classes may be conducted in French, English or German.
